Edwards, Chief Stanko, Jim Snider, Clif O'Brien, Gary Orwig, Steve White, John Froehlin~, Matthew Leaf Public Safety & Traffic Committee Jo Anne Shores, Chairman Alderman Phillips served as chairman due to the illness of Alderman Shores. Chief Elam distributed the written monthly police report which was self explanatory. Chief Stanko distributed the monthly fire department report along with the ESDA report. No other business was discussed. The Public Safety and Traffic Committee adjourned. Streets & Garbage Committee Chet Phillips, Chairman Clif O'Brien requested an additional $500 to purchase rock for the road at Youth Acres. Motion to approve this request was made by Alderman May, seconded by Alderman Phillips. Voice vote, motion carried. No other business was discussed under Streets and Garbage, and the committee adjourned. Lake, Buildings & Grounds Committee Jim Hartford, Chairman In the absence of Alderman Hartford, Alderman Phillips chaired the committee. No business was discussed and the committee adjourned. Public Works, Water & Sewer Committee Jim May, Chairman Steve White requested an additional $750 per meter for the replacement of the hospital meters previously approved by the committee due to a change in the size of meter needed. Motion to approve this request was made by Alderman Phillips, seconded by Alderman May. Voice vote, motion carried. .~ ' As an informational item, Steve White informed the co~u'ttee that an electronic touch pad for the St. David water meter will be ordered fl-om Badger Meter, paid for by St. David.
