The other Aldermen present were Jim Hartford, Larry Sarff and Craig West & Mary Fillingham.. Others Present: Mayor Jerry Bohler, Nancy Whites City Clerk, City Treasurer Patty Beaird Franzoni, City Attorney Ron Weber, Fire Chief John Stanko, Police Chief Don Edwards, WWT Supt. Gary Orwig, Water Plant Assist Greg Pollitt, Clif O'Brien Supt o Streets, Zoning Officer Clark Wilson, Joe Ginger Video Services, News media -from Daily Ledger John Froehling, WBYS Tony Lee, and Dan Kiesewetter of Kiesewetter Insurance. Public Safety & Traffic Committee Robert Molleck, Chairman Fire Report -John Stanko, Chief. Alderman Shores complemented John for the great job he is doing, and also notifying the Aldermen of on going activities. Police Report -Don Edwards, Chief. Don said he had nothing to add. City Attorney Ron Weber said the mayor had received a letter requesting the removal of 15 minute parking on East Chestnut where the News Stand use to be. Ron said this could wait until the city starts the traffic pattern in the spring, as this will be adjusting the parking. The Lake, Building & Grounds Committee adjourned at 7:37 p.m. Public Works, Water & Sewer Committee Kevin Meade, Chairman Alderman Meade asked Assistant Superintendent of the Water Plant Greg Pollitt to give an update on the water quality. Greg said the 2 wells were started on December 1. The water quality is improving every day. Mayor Bohler mentioned that Alderman Hartford had a meeting of the residents of his wazd, and not one mentioned the issue. They did asked if the wells would fill up the lake, and we told them that the wells aze not capable of doing that, and we aze still loosing '/2 million gallons a day even with the wells turned on.
