BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of the engineering services to prepare plans, specifications,
and contract documents to repair the superstructure, replace curb and gutter and fill in erosion areas at the above
described location. In addition provide the funding for the City's share of the construction costs; and the
engineering for the construction oversight.

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the
district office of the Department of Transportation.
