RESOLUTION NO. 3912
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, made and concluded this 5th day of ,Tanuary 2010 between
the City of Canton, hereafter referred to as the City and the Western Illinois Regional
Council, hereafter referred to as the WIRC, WITNESSETH:
That said WIRC, at the xequest of the City, does agree to perform the following:
Completion of a Community Douelopment Assistance Program Noosing Rehabilitation
Application for grant funds through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic
Apportuni[y. Costs would include postage, telephone, copies, faxes, mileage, mapping
the community, cost of public hearing notice, surveying of housing conditions,
completion of random hoaxing and income survey, and door-tadoer housing and
income survey of the target area.
The City and the WIRC hereby agree that there will be a maximum $3,100.00 charge for
the preparation of the application.
In Witness Whereof, WIRC and the City hereunto respectively set their hands and seals
on the day and year first written.
