R E S O L U T I O N N 0.-;~
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand
($125,000.00) Dollars be transferred from the General Corporate Fund
of the City of Canton to the Fire Protection Fund of the City of Canton.
Section 2. That the sum of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars
be transferred from the General Corporate Fund of the City of Canton to the
Police Protection Fund of said City.
Section 3. That the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars
be transferred from the General Corporate Fund of the City of Canton to the
Road and Bridge Fund of said City.
Section 4. That the sum of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars be
transferred from the General Corporate Fund of the City of Canton to the
Municipa]. Retirement Fund of said City.
Section 4. That the sum of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighteen
Dollars and fourteen .cents ($5,718.14) be transferred from the General
Corporate Fund of the City of Canton to the Public Benefit Fund of the
said City.
Section 5. That the sum of eighty five cents (85C) transferred from
the Bonds & Interest-Account"oche City of Canton to the Road and Bridge
Fund of said City.
That the City Treasurer and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to make said transfers.
PASSED by the Canton City Council and approved by the Mayor this
22nd day of April A. D., 1975.
