~•r'hereas, the corporate authorities of the City of Canton, Illinois
have, by Ordinance, provided for a cost-of-living-allowance to be
computed and paid from time t.o tame as therein provided and curing the
Fiscal year 1975-1976; and,
1ti'hereas, the corporate authorities of the City of Canton, Illinois

(1) That the cost-of-living-allowance to be paid to the employees
