S a Petition has' been filed requesting the rezoning of the

realty hereinafter described and recommendations touching thereon have
been made to the ~ity.Council of the City of Ganton, Illinois after notice
and hearings and, _ _ -
y,THEREAS~ it appears to the City Council that a special use permit would
authorize and enable utilization of said realty ~s in said Petition prayed
thereof
without the necessity of rezoning ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HERESY IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the realty described as follows:
Lot 8 In N. S. Wright Addition to the City of Canton, situated in
the County of Fulton in the State of Illinois
Note: Conditions hereof are as follows: (1) Any building constructed on
