A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF CANTON, STATE OF ILLINOIS, AND
URBAN PLANNING CONSULTANTS OF CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, IN CONNEC-
TION WITH THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of August, 1975, the City Council of the city of Canton,
Illinois, approved and authorized the execution of a Contract by and between the
City of Canton, State of Illinois, and Urban Planning Consultants of Chicago,
Illinois, for professional services in connection with the Community Development
Block Grant Program; and,
WHEREAS, the parties to said Contract desire to amend Paragraph 7.1 of Section 7,
"Period of Services," of the Contract approved and executed on the 19th day of
August, 1975, to provide an additional One Hundred Eighty (180) days to that pro-
vided in the original Contract.
NOW, THE Ett;FOLF,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COU~CII. OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS
That Paragraph 7.1 of Section 7, "Period of Services," of the
Contract dated August 19, 1975, be, and the same is, hereby
amended to provide an additional One Hundred Eighty (180)
days to that provided in the original Contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the riayor be, and he is, h~~reh-y
authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to said Con-
tract for and on behalf of the city of Canton, Illinois.
PASSED by the City Council of the city of Canton, Illinois, and APPROVED by the
Mayor thereof this ~~!~'~day of June, 1976.
