CONSENT AGENDA
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
DISCUSS, CONSIDER, AND VOTE ON A RECOMMENDATION FOR THE TENATIVE ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR ALL CORPORATE PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF CANTON, FULTON COUNTY ILLINOIS
IN LIEU OF AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 2023
AND ENDING APRIL 30, 2024, SUBJECT TO FINAL REVISIONS AND APPROVAL OF THE CANTON
CITY COUNCIL.
The surplus for Fiscal year starting May 1,2023 ending April 30,2024 is $3,005.00.
Motion and second made by Alderpersons Chamberlain/Nelson to approve a recommendation for the
tentative annual budget for all corporate purposes of the City of Canton, Fulton County Illinois in lieu of
an appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2023 and Ending April 30, 2024, subject
to final revisions and approval of the Canton City Council.
