DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE ON AN ORDINANCE TO PROPOSE THE RATIFICATION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
ESTABLISH A DATE FOR A SECOND PUBLIC HEARING.
Motion and second were made by Alderpersons Nelson/Hale to waive the second reading.

DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE ON AN ORDINANCE TO PROPOSE THE RATIFICATION OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
ESTABLISH A DATE FOR A SECOND PUBLIC HEARING.
Mayor McDowell said he wanted to clarify that the motion to establish a second Public Hearing
on this will be at 5:30 p.m. on October 25,2022. at the Depot.
Attorney Jump stated we will have the Public Hearing on October 25, at 5:30 with the intention
that we will have a special meeting as well to approve the Ordinance ratifying the prior
Ordinance that was already passed.
Motion and second were made by Alderpersons Gossett/Chamberlin to establish a second Public
Hearing to be held on October 25, 2022 at 5:30p.m.
