A RESOLUTION OF OFFICIAL DETERMINATION TO ACQUIRE REAL
PROPERTY ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS.
WHEREAS, the City of Canton, Illinois, has determined to acquire two parcels of
land herein described as follows:
Parcel A
Lot Forty-two (42) of Nathan Jones Second Addition to the
City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois.
Parcel B
The east 87 feet of the north 38.5 feet of Lot Sixty-four
(64) and the east 87 feet of the south 16.5 feet of Lot
Sixty-three (63) of Nathan Jones Second Addition to the
City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
That the Department of Community Development is herein
authorized to acquire the above-referenced two (2) parcels
of land in accordance with established Federal land acquisi-
tion procedures.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois, and APPROVED by the
Mayor thereof this ~ day of April, 1977. '
