RESOLUTION REGARDING FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CAPABILITIES

Whereas, regulations of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency for
grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CFR 35 E, require that
Regional Administrator determine that the City of
Cantos has agreed to pay non-grant costs and that the
has capability to construct, operate, and maintain
treatment works project C17 2206 , therefore, be it resolved that:
1) the City of Canton agree to
pay the non-grant costs for project C17 2206 which
agreement is hereby provided.
2) the City of Canton provide a
certificate of the financing which is available or will
be available for project C17 2206 , which certifica-
tion is attached hereto.
3) the City of Canton provide a -
certificate of the legal capability to insure adequate
construction, operation, and maintenance of the treatment work
works project C17 2206 which certification is attached
hereto.
