A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FY78 MULTI-YEAR COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND BUDGET FOR A PR~APPLICATION DOCUME~JT UiJDER THE GUIDELINES
OF THE HOUSING APJD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1977, AS ADMINISTERED BY THE UNITED
STATES DEPARTMENT GF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS,rhe Citizens Advisory Committee for Housing and Community Development programs
has held a series of public meetings and two public hearings for the purpose of formu-
lating a FY78 Multi-Year Comprehensive program and budget fora preapplication for
Housing and Community Development Block Granl assistance under the guidelines of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1977; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City Council of the Ci~y of Canton adopt the FY78
Multi-Year Comprehensive program and budget for a preapplication for Housing and
Community Development Block Grant assistance under the guidelines of the Housing
and Community Development Act of 1977; PJOW
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Canton,
Illinois, that the FY78 Multi-Year Comprehensive program and budget fora pre-
application for Housing and Community Development Block Grant assistance attached
hereto and incorporated herein be adopted.
