MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council & Mayor of the

Dear Ms. Whites:
The supplemental resolution adopted by the City Council on November
14, 1978, appropriating an additional $5,246.86 of motor fuel tax
funds for the maintenance of various municipal streets and highways
from January 1, 1978 to December 31, 1978, is hereby approved.
Expenditure of funds will be authorized upon receipt and approval of
a formal request for authorization which should be submitted to this
office .
