A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FY 79 MULTI-YEAR COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AND
CO~L~iL'NITX DEVELOPMENT PROGRr'~f AND BUDGET FOR A PREAPPLICATION DOCUMENT
UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF
1977, AS ADMINISTERED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Canton has held two public hearings for the purpose
of formulating a FY79 riulti-Year Comprehensive program and budget for a
preapplication for Housing and Community Development Block Grant assistance
under the guidelines of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1977;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City Council of the City of Canton adopt'
the FY79 Mu1ti~Year Comprehensive program and budget for a preapplication
for Housing and Community Development Block Grant assistance under the guide-
lines of the Housing acid Community Development Act of 1977; NOW
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of the City of
Canotn, Illinois, that the FY79 Multi-Year Comprehensive program. and budget
for a preapplication for Housing and Community Development Block Grant
assistance attached hereto and incorporated herein be adopted.
