A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FY79 MULTI-YEAR COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY.
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND BUDGET FOR AN APPLICATION DOCUMENT UNDER THE GUIDELINES
OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1977, AS ADMINISTERED BY THE
UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Canton, Illinois and the Community and Industrial Development
Committee have held two public hearings for the purpose of formulating a FY79 Multi-
Year Comprehensive program and budget for an application for Housing and Community
Development Block Grant assistance under the guidelines of the Housing and Community
Development Act of 1977; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City Council of the City of Canton adopt the FY79
Multi-Year Comprehensive program and budget for an application far Housing and
Community Development Block Grant assistance under the guidelines of the Housing and
Community Development Act of 1977; NOW
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Canton,
Illinois, that the FY79 Multi-Year Comprehensive program and budget for an applica-
tion for Housing and Community Development Block Grant assistance attached hereto
and incorporated herein be adopted.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, FULTON COUNTY,
