Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an amended intergovernmental agreement between the City of Canton, County of Fulton, Spoon River College, Banner Township, Village of Banner, Buckheart Township, Canton Township, Orion Township, and Canton Union School District #66 amending an Enterprise zone and directing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute and deliver said agreement on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois. 6.
