539 North Avenue A, and 551 North Avenue a from R -2 zoning classification to a B-2
zoning classification.
2. Discuss, consider and vote on a Class A (Tavern) license for Morey Denny, DBA Country
Line, Inc.
3. Discuss, consider and vote on amending ordinances relative to the enterprise zone and
qualification for tax benefits
4. An Ordinance approving two lakeshore leases with Dennis and Allen Rabe for Lots 3 and
4 of Northshore Addition to Canton Lake.
5. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an amended intergovernmental
agreement between the City of Canton, County of Fulton, Spoon River College, Banner
Township, Village of Banner, Buckheart Township, Canton Township, Orion Township,
and Canton Union School District #66 amending an Enterprise zone and directing the
Mayor and the City Clerk to execute and deliver said agreement on behalf of the City of
Canton, Illinois.
6. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance to establish a date for a publi c hearing for
the first amendment to Canton Tax Increment Financing District 3 (2nd Reading)
