from Midwest Meter Inc.

1. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance declaring surplus revenue in the
Canton 1 -downtown/5th Avenue TIF district special tax allocation fund and
authorizing payment of that surplus revenue to the Fulton County Treasurer for
the distribution to affected taxing districts on a pro rata basis for tax year 2017
payable 2018 (2nd Reading)
2. Discuss, consider and vote on an resolution approving a Lease Agreement
between the City of Canton and Brenda Nuttall, d/b/a Blooming Cra zy.
3. Discuss, consider and vote on amending ordinance relative to regulation of
smoking indoors in public places. (2nd Reading)
4. Discuss, consider and vote on amending ordinances relative to no parking areas
(2nd Reading)
5. Discuss, consider and vote on bid results for the demolition of property at 250 E.
Ash Street
6. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance declaring surplus revenue in the

authorizing payment of that surplus revenue to the Fulton County Treasurer for
