Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance declaring surplus revenue in the Canton 1 -downtown/5th Avenue TIF district special tax allocation fund and authorizing payment of that surplus revenue to the Fulton County Treasurer for the distribution to affected taxing districts on a pro rata basis for tax year 2017 payable 2018 (2nd Reading) 2. Discuss, consider and vote on an resolution approving a Lease Agreement between the City of Canton and Brenda Nuttall, d/b/a Blooming Cra zy. 3.
