between the City of Canton and Illinois County Risk Management for the period
December 1, 2018 to December 1, 2019 for the package policy.
2. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an insurance renewal
between the City of Canton and Illinois Public Risk Fund for the City's workers
compensation insurance for the period December 1, 2018 to December 1, 2019
3. 2018 Safety Grant funds awarded - application accepted for Laserfische
4. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a revolving loan with
Kencor Ethnic Foods
5. Discuss and review a Draft Redevelopment Agreement for TIF 1 and the Venue LLC.

execution of a TIF redevelopment agreement by and between the City of Canton,

3. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an agreement between the
City of Canton and Kert Huber for the Opera House lot.

1. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an amendment to the
agreement between the City of Canton Public Works and American Federation of
State, County and Municipal Employees AFL-CIO Council 31/local No 1372 and
authorizing and directing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said
amendments on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois. (Employees’ Union Dues
deductions based upon the holding in United States Supreme Court Case Janus v.
American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Council 31, et. al.,
138 S.Ct. 2448 (June 27, 2018)
2. Discuss, consider and vote on the hiring of two new firefighters
3. Discuss, consider and vote on the position of Lead Billing Clerk, job description
and rate of pay.
