Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a promissory installment loan agreement with Morgan Enowbitang, D/B/A Kencor Ethnic Foods and the City of Canton and directing the Mayor to execute and deliver said agreement on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois. LEGAL & ORDINANCE ALDERMAN CRAIG WEST, CHAIRMAN 1. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an insurance renewal between the City of Canton and Kiesewetter Insurance Agency to serve as the agent for the City's workers compensation and liability insurance for the policy years December 1, 2018 to December 1, 2021. 2. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an agreement between the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center and the City of Canton for rental of the historic depot for 2019. 3. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a TIF redevelopment agreement by and between the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and Diane Bell D/B/A Di's Boutique 4. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a TIF redevelopment agreement by and between the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and Alessandra K Puleo.
