Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an amendment to the agreement between the City of Canton Firefighters Local 1897, I.A.F.F, A.F.F.I. AFL/CIO and authorizing and directing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said agreements on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois. 4. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance for a special use permit for Shawn Russell to allow for a pre-existing 2-unit apartment house at 434 and 434 1/2 Baxter to continue under new ownership. 5.
