Canton 1 downtown/5th Avenue TIF district special tax allocation fund and
authorizing payment of that surplus revenue to the Fulton County Treasurer for
the distribution to affected taxing distrits on a pro rata basis for tax years 2014
payable 2015 , 2015 payable 2016 and 2016 payable in 2017
2. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a water pre -annexation
agreement between the City of Canton and Howard McAdams.
3. Discuss, consider and vote on an amended ordinance and economic incentive
agreement with RP Lumber
4. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an easement to allow
Ameren Illinois Company to intall a router on a power pole
5. Discuss, consider and vote on approving a release of claims and hold harmless
agreement involving Villas of Hollybrook (RHC, LC and VOHB, LLC)
