2. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution ascertaining the prevailing rate of
wages for laborers, mechanics and other workers employed in any public
works by the City of Canton, Illinois, or by anyone under contract for the public
works with the City of Canton, Illinois.
3. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an agreement of legal
services for the City of Canton and directing the Mayor to execute and deliver
said agreement on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois.
4. Discuss, consider and vote on an amended ordinance rezoning property on
Cypress Street from a planned unit development (PUD) zoning classification to
an AG-1 zoning classification.
5. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an agreement for legal
services between the City of Canton and Collins and Collins for conflicts.
