Discuss, consider and vote on a special use/home occupation permit for Alonza Gaylen located at 303 North 5th Avenue to customize guns/golf clubs/crossbows, etc. 3. Discuss, consider and vote on a special use/home occupation permit for Sherry McCoy for a pet grooming business located at 165 West Tamarak. 4. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a temporary and permanent easement grant with Derek Downing for property located at 734 North Avenue B for the purpose of sewer repair and replacement. 5. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance vacating the east 21 feet, more or less of the alley which is directly south of Billy's Tap property between Van Buren Court and South 2nd Avenue. Discuss, consider and vote on a special event request from Brew N Cue for a special event (Jesse Jam) to be held May 19, 2018 from noon to 12:00am. The request is for closure of the two city parking lots between 2nd and 3rd avenue. 1. Discuss consider and vote on a special permit request from Brew N Cue to allow for outside entertainment until midnight for a special event to be held on May 19, 2018 and May 26, 2018 2. Discuss, consider and vote on a special event request from the YMCA for a healthy kids triathlon to be held May 5, 2018 from noon to 2:00pm.
