Discuss, consider and vote on a TIF redevelopment agreement involving Majestic Theatre. 2. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a lease agreement between Fulton County Court Services and the City of Canton and directing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute and deliver said agreements on behalf of the City of Canton. 3. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance declaring surplus revenue in the Canton 2 Route 9/Chestnut Street TIF district special tax allocation fund and authorizing payment of that surplus revenue to the Fulton County Treasurer for distribution to affected taxing districts on a pro rata basis for tax year 2016 payable in 2017. A resolution approving an amendment to the agreement between the City of Canton Public Works and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees AFL CIO Council 31 / Local No. 1372 and authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said amendments on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois COMMUNITY & INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ALDERMAN JOHN LOVELL,CHAIRMAN 1. Update from SRPED- Missy Towery 2. Discuss, consider and vote on a special event request for the Red Dog 5K run to be held on April 21, 2018 from 8:00am -10:30am.
