3. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a letter of understanding
between the City of Canton and the Police Benevolent and Protective
Association and directing the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said letter of
understanding on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois and amending collective
bargaining agreement and Resolution # 5028
4. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving the job description,
appointment and pay for the position of Community Service Officer formerly
animal control/code enforcement officer with the Police Benevolent and
protective association (PB&PA)
