Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a lease agreement between Hitchcock Scrapyard Inc, an Illinois corporation and the City of Canton and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute and deliver said lease agreement on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois. 2. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an engagement letter between the City of Canton and Lauterbach & Amen LLP to prepare the tax levy actuarial report for the City of Canton for fiscal year ending April 30, 2017 through April 30, 2019.
