2. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a pre-annexation agreement
between the City of Canton and Todd Johnson.
3. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain personal
property owned by the City of Canton- 1999 Ford Crown Victoria and 1993 Ford F150

4. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance providing for and approving the fourth
amendment to the Canton 2 Route 9/Chestnut Street TIF district redevelopment project
area plan and projects. (2nd Reading)
5. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance to allow for publication for bidding pursuant
to 65 ILCS 5/11-7602 for potential sale of real estate defined as approximately 38 acres
that is part of a 276.2 acre tract on Canton. (2nd Reading)
6. Discuss, consider and vote on whether to allow for leasing property at the IH site.
