1. Discuss, consider and vote on the approval of the bid for financing the Tymco
street sweeper with the selected financial institution.

1 Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance authorizing lease of municipally
owned real property- Lakeshore lease for Elizabeth Hollister 24637 East Barker
Drive
2. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain
personal property owned by the City of Canton.
3. Discuss, consider and vote on amending ordinance #4037 regarding Title 9
(Traffic Regulations) Chapter 10 (Traffic Schedules) Section 1 (stop signs)
providing for stop signs on South 6th Avenue and South 8th Avenue at the
intersection with Anderson Place in the City of Canton, Fulton County Illinois.
4. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving an agreement between the
City of Canton and Comcast.
5. Discuss, consider and vote on a liquor license application from CSK Ventures Inc
DBA Bina's Place class A liquor license for a change of ownership
6. Discuss, consider and vote on an liquor commission's recommendation to amend
the liquor code for hours of sale.
7. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a letter of understanding
between the City of Canton and the Canton Fire Fighters, Local 1897, I.A.F.F.,
A.F.F.I., AFL/CIO authorizing and directing the Mayor or his designee to execute
said letter of understanding on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois and
amending the collective bargaining agreement and resolution # 4051.
