Associates.

1. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance authorizing the lease of municipally
owned real property located at 24624 East Lakeview Drive (1st Reading)
2. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance authorizing the lease of municipally
owned real property located at 24562 East Lakeview Drive (1st Reading)
3. Discuss, consider and vote on an ordinance amending title 1 (administration)
chapter 25 (budget director) section 1 (office created, appointment, term and
qualifications) of the Canton Municipal Code. (1st Reading)
4. Discuss, consider and vote on a resolution approving a proposal for services with
Clifton Larson Allen and naming same to the budget director position for the City
of Canton.
5. Discuss, consider and vote on allowing mayor to accept and sign for electricity
bids with DaCott Energy until 2017.
6. Vote to approve filing a suit against the pension board regarding Dan Taylor's
` retirement
