1. Review of revenues and expenditures
2. Discuss, consider and vote on a matching funds grant and approval for
expenditure in the amount of $4,425.00 from the fire depreciation fund to
replace 15 self contained breathing apparatus
3. Discuss, consider and vote on setting up sweep accounts for dedicated funds
with Farmington Community Bank.
4. Discuss, consider and vote on transferring money from the general fund for the
setup of the sweep accounts.
LEGAL & ORDINANCE
ALDERMAN CRAIG WEST
1. A resolution approving and authorizing the expenditure of TIF funds for job
training through Spoon River College.
2. A resolution approving an intergovernmental agreement between the Canton
Union School District No 66 and the City of Canton and the Fulton County State's
Attorney's office for the reciprocal reporting of certain offenses and directing the
Mayor and the City Clerk to execute and deliver said agreement on behalf of the
City of Canton, Illinois.
3. A resolution approving an agreement between Firetec used apparatus sales and
the City of Canton and directing the Mayor to execute and deliver said
agreement on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois.
4. A resolution adopting an engagement letter between Clifton Larson Allen and
The City of Canton.
5. Discuss, consider and vote on setting price/bid requirements for 160 West
Tamarack Street.
6. Discuss, consider and vote on a Class F (Special Event) liquor license for Wee -Ma-
Tuk Partners Inc. for the YWCA annual auction to be held on November 14, 2015
at 6:00pm located at 111 North Avenue A Canton IL
7. A resolution approving an Illinois power marketing company d/b/a Homefield
Energy electric service agreement.
