4. Discuss, Consider and Vote on a resolution approving and authorizing the
expenditure of TIF funds for job training through Spoon River College.
5 Discuss, Consider and vote on a resolution approving an intergovernmental
agreement between the City of Canton and County of Fulton, Illinois,
establishing an enterprise zone and directing the Mayor or his designee and the
City Clerk to execute and deliver said agreement on behalf of the City of Canton,
Illinois.
6. Discuss, consider and vote on a new class of license for a wine bar
