A resolution approving a line of credit agreement with Ipava State
Bank (Lender) and the City of Canton (Borrower)
A resolution approving an agreement between the City of Canton and ESDA
A resolution approving an economic development services agreement between the Spoon River
Partnership for economic development and the City of Canton and directing the Mayor and the
City Clerk to execute and deliver said agreement on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois.
A resolution approving the letter of understanding between the C ity of Canton Union School
District # 66 and the City of Canton regarding the school liaison officer and directing the Mayor
to execute and deliver said letter on behalf of the City of Canton, Illinois.
A resolution approving an agreement between Maurer-Stutz, Canton, Illinois (Project Engineer)
and Dixon Engineering, Inc (Dixon) and the City of Canton and directing the Mayor to execute
and deliver said agreement on behalf of the City of Canton.
