1. An ordinance declaring surplus revenue in the Canton 2 Rt 9/Chestnut Street TIF
district special tax allocation fund and authorizing payment of that surplus revenue
to the Fulton County Treasurer for distribution to the affected taxing districts on a
pro rata basis. (2nd Reading)
