A resolution authorizing the execution of a service agreement with the lowest responsible
bidder for the supply of electricity for residential and small commercial retail customers who do
not opt out of such a program. (Good Energy)
A resolution approving an agreement between the City of Canton and AFSCME local 1372
authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Canton Illinois.
An ordinance amending the City of Canton municipal code to establish the position of Director
of Community Services.
