An ordinance creating section 11-11-11 (Garbage refuse containers) of the Canton
Municipal Code (2nd reading)
An ordinance amending section 3-3-14-1 (Video gaming machines) of the Canton
Municipal Code (2nd reading)
An ordinance establishing salaries for elected officials of the municipality who will
assume office May 7, 2013. (2nd reading)
NEW BUSINESS:
An ordinance approving and authorizing the executi on of a redevelopment agreement
by and between the City of Canton and Canton Harvester Inn, LLC (1st reading)
Agreement with Dash Wilson regarding retro pay for military leave.
