1. An ordinance re-zoning real estate from B-1 local commercial district to B-2 general commercial

2. An ordinance rezoning property on Main Street from an Ag zoning classification to a B2 zoning
classification. (2nd Reading)
3. An ordinance granting a special use permit for the operations of a professional office at 544
North Main Street, Canton Illinois (2nd Reading)
4. Discuss, consider and vote on purchase of the Garden Theater property at 62 N Main Street,
assignment and assumption of the option to purchase agreement from the SRPED.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. An ordinance deleting section 3-2-3 (B) (License Limitations) and creating chapter 12 (Farmer’s
Markets) of the Canton Municipal Code. (1st reading)
2. An ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a redevelopment agreement by and
between The City of Canton and Michelle Behymer DBA B-Designed Salon.
3. A resolution approving an agreement between the City of Canton and Kevin P. and Brenda J.
Tracey regarding the demolition of 249 W. Oak, Canton Illinois.
