OLD BUSINESS:
1. An ordinance adopting the budget for all corporate purposes of the City of Canton,
Fulton County Illinois in lieu of an appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year beginning
May 1, 2012 and ending April 30, 2013 (2nd reading)
2. An ordinance amending title 10 zoning regulations, chapter 15 (general provisions,
section 10-15-24) signs of the Canton Municipal Code (2nd Reading)
3. An ordinance deleting chapter 3 (misdemeanors) of title 6 (police regulations) and
amending chapter 1 (nuisances) of title 7 (health and sanitation) of the Canton
Municipal Code (2nd reading)
4. An ordinance authorizing, directing and setting the date for the sale at public auction of
certain personal property owned by the City of Canton and no longer needed for City
purposes (2nd reading)
NEW BUSINESS:
1. An ordinance amending the fiscal year 2011/2012 municipal budget established by
ordinance 2031, and declaring that this resolution shall be in full force immediately (1st
reading)
2. An ordinance amending the rules and regulations of the campground at Canton Lake as
set forth in Section 8-11-7-5 of the Canton Municipal Code (1st reading)
3. An ordinance amending spending authority of sections 1 -5-19 and 1-8-6 of the Canton
Municipal Code (1st reading)
4. An ordinance providing for no parking on Enterprise drive in the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois. (1st reading)
5. A resolution approving a purchasing policy for the City of Canton, Illinois
6. A resolution adopting a fund balance policy for reporting of governmental funds of the
City of Canton, Illinois.
7. A resolution approving and publishing the updated, City of Canton, official zoning map.
8. A resolution approving an agreement between the City of Canton and Maurer-Stutz, Inc.
for professional engineering services.
