Pursuant to 5ILCS 120/2.02(b), an Emergency Executive Session of the
Canton City Council has been scheduled to follow immediately after the
regularly scheduled Canton City Council meeting tonight, August 5, 2008.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss litigation that is probable or
imminent.
