ORDINANCE – PROVIDING FOR A RIGHT TURN ONLY SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF EAST BIRCH STREET AND NORTH MAIN STREET. ORDINANCE – DELETING SECTION 3-2-3 (B) (LICENSE LIMITATIONS) AND CREATING CHAPTER 12 (FARMER’S MARKETS). ORDINANCE – PROVIDING FOR A STOP SIGN ON SEVENTH AVENUE AT THE INTERSECTION OF SEVENTH AVENUE AND GRANT PLACE. ORDINANCE – PROVIDING FOR A NO PARKING SIGN AT THE 700 BLOCK OF SOUTH FIRST AVENUE. ORDINANCE – PROVIDING FOR A NO PARKING SIGN AT THE 800 BLOCK OF SOUTH MAIN STREET. ORDINANCE – AMENDING SECTION 6-4-7(A)(5) (VICIOUS DOGS: PIT BULL TERRIER) AND AMENDING SECTION 6 -4- 2(K) (GENERAL REGULATIONS AND LICENSING: ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER). ORDINANCE – PROVIDING FOR A NO PARKING SIGN ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE 200 BLOCK OF AVENUE C AND FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE NO PARKING SIGN ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE 200 BLOCK OF AVENUE C. ORDINANCE – PROVIDING FOR A THREE-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF AVENUE B AND TAMARACK. ADDITIONAL “NEW BUSINESS” NOT ON THE AGENDA.
