appropriated the sum of ~ 100 , 000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the
streets and pine of maintainiag
highways under the applicable provisions of the Illinois Highway Code, from January 1, I9 82
tD December 31, 19 8 2
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Daly those streets, highways, and operations as listed and descn'bzci
on the approved Municipal Estimate of Maintenance Costs, including Bupplemental or revised estiazates ap-
prnve~l in connection with this resolution, are eligl'ble for•m.aintenance with Motor Fuel Tax funds during the
period as spaci.8ed above.
- . ~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ts'~e Clerk shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the p~:ried
as given above, submit to the Department of Transportation, on forn;s furnished by said llepartment, a ..ei tif~ed
statement showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for this peric-d. and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified copies of this
resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Peoria
Illinois.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution shall be effective immediately upon
its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and
APPROVED by the Mayor thereof this 6th day of _ A~r11 1982,
