A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 930: A RESOLUTION COMMITTING
CERTAIN CITY EMPLOYEES TO INVOLUNTARY EMPLOYER PAID CONTRIBUTIONS
TO THE ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois has determined that it is in the best interest of affected
City personnel that Resolution ~~930 be amended as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT, AND IT HEREBY IS, RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That Paragraph ~~3 of Resolution ~~930, passed on or about
March 17, 1982, is hereby amended to read as follows: "That payment of
employee contributions provided shall be effective for all compensation
paid to affected employees beginning with the month of June, 1982.
2. That in all other respects, Resolution ~~930 is hereby confirmed
and approved.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois, and approval by 'the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois
this ath day of May 1982, and upon a roll call vote as
follows:
AYES: Aldermen Kovachevich, Hammond, Savill, Sarff, Grant, Carl, Clarke,
Ho rr
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None
