A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PLACEMENT OF SPEED BUMPS ON NORTH PARK DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Legal and Ordinance Committee has determined that it
is necessary and in the best interest of the City of Canton to place
speed bumps on North Park Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That speed bumps be placed on North Park Drive in the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois between Canton Park District property
on the West and the West right-of-way line of North Main Street at
locations to be determined by the City Engineer.
2. That placement of such speed bumps be under the direction of
the City Engineer and in accordance with his specifications.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois at a regular meeting this 19th day of April ,
1983 upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Horr, Larsen, Carl, Grant, Sarff, Savill, Hammond, Kovachevich.
NAYS : Nbne .
ABSENT: None.
