RESOLUTION NO. 9q~
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 983 (BEING, "A RESOLUTION
APPROVING SPECIFIC SALARIES FOR THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENT HEADS,
FULL-TIME APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEES AND PART-TIME APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF CANTON:)
WHEREAS, the Negotiations, Grievance and Personnel Committee has
determined that it is necessary and in the best interest of the City
of Canton to amend Resolution Number 983 as hereinafter set forth;
and,
WHEREAS, the Canton City Council has made a similar determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That Resolution Number 983 and Exhibit "A" thereto are hereby
amended to read as follows, the changed or amended portions of
Resolution Number 983, only, being set forth, to-wit:
FULL-TIME APPOINTIVE EMPLOYEES
Elaine Scott Water Department 13,923.20
Deborah A. Stockov Water Department 10,300.00

2. That the foregoing amendments to Resolution Number 983 shall
be effective as of date of June 6, 1983.
3. That Resolution Number 983 is, in all other respects, hereby
ratified and reconfirmed by the Canton City Council.
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immed-
iately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton,
Fulton County, Illinois and approval by the Mayor thereof.
