A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONEY FROM THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
FUND TO THE GENERAL CORPORATE FUND OF THE CITY OF CANTON.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of the City of Canton, Fulton County,
Illinois has determined that it is necessary to transfer money from the
Special Assessments Fund to the General Corporate Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois
has made a similar determination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That the sum of One Thousand Fifty-One and 76/100 Dollars ($1,051.76)
be, and the same hereby is, transferred from the Special Assessments Fund of
the City of Canton, Illinois to the General Corporate Fund of said City,
such a transfer being a reimbursement from such Fund to the General Corporate
Fund of said City.
2. That the City Treasurer and the City Clerk of the City of Canton,
Illinois be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to make the foregoing
transfer.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois
and approval by the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois
