"Resolution Regarding Access to Privately Owned Individual Systems"
Whereas regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for
sewage treatment works grants, 40 CFR Part 35.2110 requires that private
owners of individual systems provide access to the systems; therefore
the CITY of CANTON hereby provides
assurance o access o e systems at a reasonable times for such
purposes as inspection, monitoring, building, operation, rehabilitation
and replacement.
That this Resolution shall be retroactive to and effective as of June 18, 1985.
