RESOLUTION NO. 1121
A RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE CITY OF CAN'T'ON IN ITS APPLICATION TO THE STATE OF
ILLINOIS FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM GRANT.
WHEREAS, the City of Canton is applying for a Community Development
Assistance Program grant from the State of Illinois; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an application be made and agreements entered
into with the State of Illinois.
NOW, 'I'f~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That the City apply for a grant under the terms and conditions of the
State of Illinois and shall enter into and agree to the understandings and assurances
contained in said application.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk on behalf of the City of Canton execute
such documents and all other documents necessary for the carrying out of said
application.
3. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to provide any such additional
information as may be required to accomplish the obtaining of such grant.
4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, and
approval by the Mayor thereof.

vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Kovachevich, Zilly, Falcone, Sarff, Workman,
Bohler, May, Chapman,
NAYS: None .
