ORDINANCE N0. 1016
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE OPERATION
OF A METAL MOLDING AND EXTRUSION SHOP AT ADDRESS OF 45 NORTH
12TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Tllinois that ,.the territory herein-
after described is located within the corporate address of
45 North 12th Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing concerning such petition was
held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Canton, Illinois on April 9th, 1984 pursuant to notice;
and,
WHEREAS, no objectors appeared at said hearing and said
Commission did thereupon recommend to the Canton City Council
that said special use permit for the operation of a metal mold
ing and extrusion shop by Gary Brewer at address of 45 North
12th Avenue be allowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois hereby finds the foregoing recitals to be
fact.
2. That a special use permit for the operation of a
metal molding and extrusion shop issue to, and the same hereby
is issued to, Gary Brewer at address of 45 North 12th Avenue,
Canton, Illnois affecting real property being legally described
as follows, to-wit:
Lot number 12 in Divilbiss Addition to the City
of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois.
3. That this special use permit is personal to Gary
Brewer at the above stated address only. That any cessation
of such use by Gary Brewer or his movina or removal from said
address shall automatically terminate said special use permit.
That, further, such special use permit is not transferrable or
valid at any other address or affecting any other property.
4. That the records of the City of Canton, appropriate
documents, maps and related regulations be, and the same here-
by are, amended to reflect the foregoing special use permit.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 1st day of~j~
1984 upon a roll call vote as follows:
AYES: Aldermen Kovachevich, Hammond, Savill, Sarff, Workman,
Carl, May, Horr.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
