AN ORDINANCE CONTROLLING PARKING
ALONG LINN STREET,
STATE HIGHWAY IN
THE CITY OF CANTON,
FULTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS
Section l: It shall be unlawful to park or cause to be parked any vehicle
along Linn Street as presently located within the city limits
of Canton between Fifth Avenue and the east city limits.
Section 2: Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined not less
than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), nor more than Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) for each offense, andaseparate offense shall be deemed
committed for each and every day during which a violation continues.
Section 3: This Ordinance repeals previous ordinances in conflict herewith.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
after its passage and approval and publication in pamphlet form as
provided by law.
