1. DISCUSS, CONSIDER AND VOTE ON A GRIEVANCE FILED BY THE CANTON POLICE
DEPARTMENT UNION PB&PA#52
Attorney Jump explained that he discussed with the union, the possibility of moving this
item to a future meeting date. The City had a public hearing prior to this council meeting
and since it is already 6:30 it would further delay the regularly scheduled council meeting.
It is suggested to move this clerical committee meeting to a future meeting date.
Attorney Jump said that the union did not have problem in taking this item to the October
20, 2020 date at 6:00pm for a clerical committee meeting.
This item is tabled.
